Clothing etc.
Summer months require cool clothes, good walking shoes, shady hat and sunscreen. Other important items are mosquito repellant, anti-diarrohea tablets and anti-histamines. During monsoons one should carry waterproof jackets and an extra pair of shoes. Ther terai jungles are infested with leeches during monsoons hence one should carry insect repellant to keep them away. Salt or a lighted cigarette will make them fall off. Pulling them off could infect the wound. Winter months generally require fairly warm clothes. Package Tours We offer customized and standard 2nights/3days package tours to the park.

Touring activities include:
Elephant back safaris, nature walks, village tours, bird-watching excursions etc. Our package tours include all meals, tours, national park entry fees, and transfers. Our tours are fairly and competitively priced. Special tours can be tailored to suit indidvidual needs of the guest.

Access
The park is 165 kilometers southward from Kathmandu. A 4-5 hour scenic drive or a 20-minute flight (plus a half-an-hour drive) takes you to the resort. River rafting on the Trishuli river followed by a drive is a popoular alternative to get to the resort. We offer all modes of transportation to/from the park.
